These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elevate Animal Care website and your engagement of our pet-care services. Please read them carefully. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Elevate Animal Care LLC provides in-home pet-sitting and related animal-care services in the Denver metro area, by appointment. All services are personally provided by Lexie Whitten. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Submitting the inquiry form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we discuss your needs, complete a complimentary meet & greet for first-time clients, and agree on dates and pricing. Pricing is provided during the inquiry process and may vary based on the number of pets, service length, and special needs.
In the event of an illness or emergency, we will attempt to contact you first. If you cannot be reached, you authorize Elevate Animal Care to seek veterinary care in your pet's best interest, and you agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared at the time of booking. Holiday and peak-period bookings may be subject to specific deposit and cancellation policies.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law, Elevate Animal Care LLC is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, or for injury, illness, escape, or loss that occurs despite our reasonable care. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
